The East Regional School Improvement Team (ERSIT) and WINOC sponsor public programs for the purpose of educating schools and school districts about this SIR-based school improvement process.
These three-hour workshops explain the technical assistance process and the School Improvement Rubric with its associated Question Bank. Simulation exercises and hands on practice are emphasized.
